BiblioWeb is a Spanish portal dedicated to applied web technology: WordPress, plugins, cybersecurity, hosting, performance, and error resolution. We publish practical guides designed so that anyone —from those setting up their first website to experienced developers— can solve real problems without getting lost in theory.

Who is behind BiblioWeb

Behind BiblioWeb is Adrián Alcalá, a Spanish web developer specializing in WordPress. He has been building and maintaining WordPress sites in production for real clients for years: corporate websites, WooCommerce stores, content portals, and custom projects with Elementor.

What we publish and how we write it

  • Step-by-step WordPress guides: installation, security, backups, migrations, performance, and common error resolution.
  • Plugin analysis: what they do, who they are for, and what to consider before installing them, with the experience of having used them in real projects.
  • Development: hooks, shortcodes, custom post types, the REST API, and how to create your own plugins.
  • Free tools that work in your browser, with no paid registrations or fine print.

Articles are based on direct experience with WordPress in production. When a topic requires data (installations, ratings, prices), we cross-reference them with official sources before publishing, and we review the content when the ecosystem changes.
